We're seeking someone to join our Cyber Governance and Regulatory Delivery Office team as an experienced Cyber professional in Cyber to lead and build out our APAC team.

The Cyber Governance and Regulatory Delivery Office act as a central point of contact for second line functions into the first line Cybersecurity organisation and are responsible for overseeing regulatory engagement and responses for the org. The team own and manage the associated cyber governance and review forums and steering committees. In this role you will act as a bridge between the cyber organisation and the broader Risk Management functions at the Firm, helping ensure that Cyber controls are fit for purpose, aligned to policy and effectively mitigating threats in line with defined risk appetite.

This role is ideal for existing cyber professionals who are aiming to develop broader exposure to the breadth of cyber functions, develop strong Risk Management skills and those looking to pivot from a technical role into a more strategic and overarching position where one can influence the cyber landscape at the Firm. This role is also suited to Risk professionals who are looking for exposure and experience at the strategic layer within the field of Cybersecurity.

This is a high visibility position requiring both technical knowledge and business accum to engage with a wide range of stakeholders from both first- and second-line disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with deep operational cyber experience who is passionate about helping the business make smarter, risk informed decisions.

This is a Cybersecurity Operations position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents to ensure the organization's systems and data are protected from actual and potential threats or breaches.

What You'll Do In The Role

• Support the Cyber Leadership and Regional CISO functions through proactive risk management and reporting across the organisation.
• Develop, maintain and review relevant cybersecurity policies, standards and guidelines.
• Support Cyber governance forums, providing clear insights, reports and briefing to senior leadership.
• Act as the first point of contact for Cyber related regulatory responses.
• Build a maintain relationships with 1st line governance functions.
• Support the evolution of cyber governance frameworks across the Firm.
• Monitoring developments in regulation, standards and industry benchmarks that may impact the Cyber org and proactively drive necessary updates.
• Metric development and delivery providing insights into multiple cyber functions.
• Review and provide cyber related input into risk assessments or regulatory exams.
• Partner with control owners to ensure policy implementation, identifying and remediating gaps or exceptions.
• Develop and maintain products and processes which support risk reduction efforts across the organisation.
