Job descriptionOversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and team of 5-6 staff. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations. Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with department heads. Monitor budget performance and implement cost control measures. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights. Manage cash flow planning and ensure funds availability. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare financial reports for management Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance with min 2 years of leading a account team
