Job description

Quality, Service & Cleanliness

  • Oversee the smooth operation of all stores. Work with Store Managers to resolve bottlenecks and improve productivity.
  • Work closely with store management to maintain a high level of housekeeping at all stores.
  • Responsible for providing outstanding quality, service and cleanliness to all our customers at the stores.
  • Ensure that all Food and Beverage is prepared according to SOP with observing the proper sanitation procedures.
  • Responsible for the smooth coordination and execution of all event orders. This includes working closely with the customer to meet their needs for the event.
  • Follow up on implementation of new products and procedures at all stores.
  • Ensure that all stores' security procedures are followed.

Sales

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales budgets for all stores by working closely with the store management to brain storm new sales building activities.
  • Responsible for smooth execution of all promotions within the stores so as to ensure good sales in the stores.
  • Work closely with General Manager in the Company's sales building activities.
  • People Management

  • Ensure that all Company policies are enforced at the stores.
  • Responsible for establishing an excellent line of communication between the HQ and stores pertaining to operational issues.
  • Ensure that all stores are sufficiently staffed for proper coverage throughout the outlets' operational hours.
  • Profit And Cost Control

  • Manage and review variable cost targets (Labour, COGS and semi variables).
  • Responsible for all store contracts pertaining to cleaning, maintenance, pest control, etc.
  • Overall responsible in minimizing expenses for all stores such as utilities, printing & usage of stationery, repair and maintenance
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Team for costs saving measures for these contracts.
  • Analyse the P&L statement and formulates action plans to improve overall profit.
  • Overall responsible in reducing food and drinks wastage in the all stores though proper handling.
  • Ensure that all stores do not hold excessive inventory stock.
  • Overall responsible for direct costs all the stores.
  • Ensure compliance of company's ISO Quality Management System.
  • Forecast & Budget of store sales.
  • Overall responsible for salaries and related expenses and ensure proper planning of weekly roster in all stores.
  • Review Labour matrix based on store revenue or sales to manage labour cost.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
