Roles & Responsibilities
I. Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for administrative rules and process formalities.
2.Responsible for business meetings, events, and reception work.
3.Responsible for documentation management, seal management and relative administrative affairs.
4.Responsible for office service including without limitation procurement and maintenance of fixed assets.
5.Responsible for safety and HSE management.
6. Responsible for the public relations and external liaison.
7. Coordinate office systems including phone access, keys, IT support, and corporate memberships.
8. Arrange domestic and overseas travel itineraries for staff and visitors.
9.Provide assistance human resource management and business management.
10. Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
II. Requirements and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or polytechnic graduation, majoring in administration, business management related majors.
2. Not less than 3 years working experience.
3. Good communication and coordination skills and a team player.
4. English as working language, Chinese as working language is a plus.
5. Expertise with using the Microsoft suite as well as other IT systems.
6. Only Singaporeans, PRs will be considered for this role.
III. Salary Level
Fixed monthly salary of S$4,000-6,000, bonus according to the company's performance appraisal rules.
