WHAT TO EXPECT

We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our Accounting team from August to December 2025. This internship provides hands-on experience across financial operations, process documentation, and business analytics, and is ideal for students with a strong interest in finance transformation and analytics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist in finance process mapping and documentation of workflows across accounting, billing, reporting, and financial control functions
  • Draft and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance processes to support governance and operational consistency
  • Support data analysis of revenue and expense trends, including preparing dashboards and reports for management review
  • Assist in Tableau data visualization development or enhancement under guidance of senior analysts
  • Participate in finance improvement projects, including documentation of findings and testing of new tools or templates
  • Conduct research or benchmarking of finance best practices where relevant

WHO YOU ARE

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business from a recognized Singapore university
  • Strong interest in finance, operations, and analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Tableau or data tools is a plus
  • Good written communication and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to commit full-time from Aug–Dec 2025 (preferred), or at least 3 full working days per week
