Roles & Responsibilities

A well-established multinational firm is looking for an Assistant Manager to join its Finance Transformation team. The role centers on IFRS 17 implementation, financial data analysis, and process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of IFRS 17 data through strong governance and control frameworks.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and support implementation of system improvements.
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline, automate, and optimize finance operations.
  • Regularly report on project status, highlight key risks, and recommend solutions to leadership.

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of relevant experience, including IFRS 17 exposure – Candidates from Big 4 or Reinsurance are welcome to apply
