Job descriptionBachelor's degree or above from well-known universities Minimum of 3 years' experience in index options trading in India, preferably with local working experience Able to multi task and to work well under pressure, with strong problem solving and decision-making skills Coding skills (Python, VBA) would be preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English
Key Responsibilities :
- Market making Index Options in Indian market
- Strictly comply with regulatory policies and risk limits
- Monitor & hedge positions effectively
- Enhance system resiliency and effectiveness
- Work closely with traders and developers to automate processes and design trading strategies
