Job description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Assistant Manager, Accounting :

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage full-set accounts for local operations and overseas subsidiaries
  • Review and analyze product costing reports related to manufacturing activities
  • Oversee transfer pricing and ensure documentation compliance across regional entities
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audits, tax matters, and planning strategies
  • Ensure timely and accurate GST filings and coordinate with external consultants for MES renewal
  • Supervise the Accounts Payable function and ensure timely vendor payments
  • Lead initiatives to enhance ERP systems for improved financial workflows
  • Mentor and manage junior accounting team members, providing leadership and guidance

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Chartered Accountant or CPA qualification is required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial and management accounting principles
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a self-motivated attitude
  • Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia

  • Salary : Up to SGD 8,000 + VB (1 - 2 Months)
  • Working Location :  Bedok
  • Working Hours : 5 Days Work, Monday - Friday, (8.15am - 5.15pm)
