Investment Banking Associate, Financial Sponsors Group

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with Sponsor client, help to identify deal opportunities to monetize Sponsor client relationship
• Drive and coordinate with internal product and coverage teams to assist deal execution
• Conduct valuation analysis, build and reviewplex financial models, strong understanding of LBO structures, debt financing, and capital structure optimization
• Analyze portfoliopanies and assess potential exit scenarios or value creation strategies
• Prepare pitch books and marketing materials for client meetings; stay current on market trends, sponsor activities, deal flow, and sector dynamics
• The position is based in Singapore and work with cross-functional teams around the region
