Job Description Account Management Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise B2B clients Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Arrange and meet customers face to face in Singapore Conduct regular business reviews, ensuring ongoing value delivery and retention Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solve problems proactively Forecast account growth and renewal pipelines with accuracy Business Development Prospect within warm or strategic accounts to uncover new revenue streams Leverage referrals and internal leads to build relationships with new divisions or contacts Qualify and nurture inbound opportunities in partnership with the marketing team Attend industry events or virtual meetings to represent our brand and generate interest Collaborate with the Sales Development team on high-priority outbound initiatives Requirements 2–6 years in a B2B sales or account management role Proven track record of managing and expanding enterprise or mid-market accounts Experience with complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly Comfortable with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms Self-starter mindset with a collaborative spirit
