Summary :

Showroom Assistant / Manager

Job Responsibilities :

Manage daily showroom operations for a smooth customer experience.

Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue.

Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.

Provide product recommendations and expert advice to clients.

Train and guide the showroom team in customer service.

Ensure the showroom's visual setup reflects the brand image.

Work with marketing on promotions and campaigns.

Oversee inventory and coordinate with suppliers.

Analyze sales data to improve showroom performance.

Retail Assistant

Job Responsibilities :

To be aware of the customer profile, the product potential and the commercial strategies of competitors.

To communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments.

To be responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring that it is attractive and commercial.

To perform store changes in a quick and orderly manner.

Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Greeting and assisting customers with product selection and purchases.

Maintaining a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.

Handling cash and card transactions accurately.

Restocking and replenishing of product displays.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Diploma or O-Level with relevant or equivalent qualifications.

Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience in interior surfaces, fashion, luxury home furnishings, or architectural materials is preferred.
