Connect APAC is partnering exclusively with a leading global liquor organisation to appoint a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead and execute commercial strategy across key South East Asian markets; Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

This long-established, privately owned spirits company has a strong global footprint, operating in over 100 countries with a diverse portfolio of emerging and premium brands. Known for combining heritage with innovation, the business is actively investing in international expansion, with South East Asia positioned as a critical growth region.

This is a high-impact, strategic role. You’ll drive volume, market share, and profitability through strong distributor partnerships and effective leadership. You'll be joining a high performing, agile team that values autonomy, collaboration, and long-term commercial thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual commercial strategies by market
  • Lead and grow distributor relationships; manage regional P&L
  • Build and implement brand-market priority plans
  • Drive volume and profit growth through structured performance metrics
  • Oversee pricing strategy and ensure brand alignment
  • Ensure market compliance and internal governance
  • Build relationships with key accounts across on and off premise channels
  • Lead capability building and talent development initiatives

About You

  • 8+ years’ commercial experience in regional or global sales roles
  • Strong leadership with a proven record in strategy execution
  • Expertise managing distributors across SEA markets
  • Skilled in financial planning, budgeting and P&L ownership
  • Excellent stakeholder, planning and communication skills
  • Experience in Alcoholic Beverages or FMCG
  • Strong experience working across the Convenience channel
  • Comfortable with regular regional travel and flexible working hours
