The Senior / Construction Scheduler is tasked with reviewing and assessing contractor schedules, providing insights on schedule performance to the Global Scheduling team and relevant stakeholders. The role includes analyzing potential delays through contractor-submitted Time Impact Analyses. By delivering data-driven evaluations, the scheduler supports improved project predictability. Additionally, they gather as-built data and assist in establishing standardized scheduling benchmarks and procedures.

The Job :

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules for new build and expansion projects.
  • Collaborate with general contractors and internal stakeholders to establish baseline schedules and ensure alignment with project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, identify delays or risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain schedule integrity.
  • Review and evaluate contractor schedules and Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) to validate logic, sequencing, and feasibility.
  • Generate regular schedule reports, progress dashboards, and risk assessments for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct schedule simulations and "what-if" scenarios to support change management and scenario planning.
  • Lead or participate in schedule review meetings with project teams, contractors, and consultants.
  • Promote and implement scheduling best practices and consistency across all projects.
  • Coordinate with preconstruction, design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

The Talent :

  • Minimum Degree qualification
  • More than 8 years' experience in project master planning and scheduling for mission-critical environment
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Ability to travel within SEA countries
  • Proficient in Power BI and data analysis
  • Possess Class 3 driving license
