Job Description :

A Corporate Secretary in a mid-sized local law firm will provide support to 3 to 5 lawyers in the corporate department and ensure that the department's day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Corporate Secretary Duties :

• Support the corporate team with other ancillary projects from time to time, including the preparation of presentation materials and training.
• Draft or prepare a simple client engagement letter, including fee proposals and estimates
• File Management - assist with improving or maintaining documents (execution of documents, filing and organising documents and information, legal templates, SOP, policies, etc)
• Managing schedules of allocated lawyers in Microsoft Outlook and scheduling meetings with clients.
• Welcoming clients and providing them with drinks for hospitality.
• Provide general administrative support (Printing, copying, Invoice and billing management, handling expenses / claims for lawyers, etc.)
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
