Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day general administrative duties (updating, scanning, printing, mailing, filing)
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding employee administrative matters
- Creation and maintenance of employee records in P-Filing
- Ensure the smooth running of work in accordance to prescribed policies
- Address to employees' issues promptly
- Assist on Account data entry as required
- Handling emails and record on schedule accordingly
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum 1 year relevant experienceStrong communication skillsAble to multi-taskAble to work under time pressureFluent in Chinese and English5.5 working days8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
8 : 00am to 12 : 00pm (Saturdays)
