A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the event tech industryProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthExperience in managing and leading sales teams, including hiring, training, and performance managementIn-depth understanding of the event tech industry, including knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and key playersStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales teamAbility to innovate and develop creative solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients and stay ahead of competitorsOffered Benefits :
