Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.
- Track project costs and monitor variations, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Conduct site measurements, prepare progress claims, and manage final account settlements.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to ensure project cost control and timely reporting.
Requirements :
Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.At least 2 years of relevant experience in interior fitting-out or construction industry.Proficient in MS Office and quantity take-off software (e.g., AutoCAD or Bluebeam preferred).Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.If you are keen to apply for the position, kindly email your detailed resume in MS Word to hr@recruit-expert.com
