AEM Architect ( Solution Delivery )

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Architect with a strong combination of client-facing and technical skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions using Adobe Experience Manager to meet the diverse needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of AEM architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead strategic business and technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers across diverse industries to identify critical needs and digital transformation opportunities.
• Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites, Headless, Forms, DAM), ensuring optimal content delivery, governance, and reusability.
• Design and implement full-stack integrations involving Java, HTL, Apache Sling / OSGi, RESTful / SOAP APIs, JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML, and CSS to support robust customer experience platforms.
• Integrate solutions with AWS (e.g., S3 for DAM), IIS servers, CRM systems, SSO platforms , payment gateways, and marketing tech stacks including Adobe Target, Marketo Engage, Tealium, Dynamic Yield, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Define and deliver detailed Statements of Work (SoWs), architecture documents, and solution blueprints, presenting them effectively to executive and technical stakeholders.
• Oversee full project lifecycles, from planning to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, performance benchmarks, and compliance requirements.
• Develop custom utilities and automation tools for AEM including content archiving solutions, CRX package exporters, and bulk user onboarding modules.
• Champion security best practices through the implementation of SSL / HTTPS encryption, OpenSSL keystores, ClamAV integration, Fortify, and Cycode, while ensuring enterprise-grade platform hardening.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including developers, cloud engineers, business analysts, and data scientists to deliver cohesive and innovative digital experiences.
• Actively coach and mentor internal teams, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing, technical excellence, and agile delivery.
• Maintain accurate time tracking and meet utilization targets in line with client and consulting expectations.
• Stay abreast of emerging Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, AEM Cloud Manager, design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Miro, Mural), and development frameworks to ensure cutting-edge solution delivery.
