Main Responsibilities :
- Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Present actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., doctors, nurses, administrators) to understand their data needs.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization through data-driven approaches.
- Translate data insights into strategic recommendations to enhance business performance.
Other Responsibilities :
Ensure administrative staff receive proper induction, orientation, and training to develop the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.Supervise a team of administrative staff supporting the division's doctors, including conducting performance appraisals with input from the division's doctors.Manage room and workstation allocations for staff within the department.Requirements :
