Job description

Responsibilities

  • Automation Strategy & Design : Create automation solutions for manufacturing processes, integrating technologies such as RFID, AGVs, AMRs, and data analytics.
  • Project Management : Oversee end-to-end automation projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Smart Factory Development : Drive real-time data analytics, IoT integration, and predictive maintenance.
  • System Integration & Optimization : Ensure seamless integration of automation technologies with existing systems.
  • Technical Leadership & Training : Guide engineering teams on best practices and new technologies; train staff on system use.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure solutionsply with safety standards.
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement : Maintain process documentation, troubleshoot systems, and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
  • Expertise in automation technologies, robotics, and process optimization.
  • Strongmunication, problem-solving skills, and relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma a plus).
