Principal Physiotherapist

As a Prinicipal Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for the following duties :

• Responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services across the organization.
• Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for complex cases.
• Lead by example in the provision of evidence-based physiotherapy care.
• Oversee and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior and senior physiotherapists.
• Facilitate professional development, clinical education, and performance appraisals.
• Lead the planning and implementation of physiotherapy service improvements.
• Identify service gaps and opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines, protocols, and pathways.
• Monitor service quality, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
• Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Requirement :

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy and registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).
