This is a direct Sales and marketing , business development position for marine and offshore products focusing on few regional markets- Australia, Philippines, SEA markets.
The person is expected manage and develop new markets for the company and grow regional market share in the assigned overseas markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts and manage existing customer base by evaluating sales potential and active follow-up with customers requirement
- Strategize development plan and sales strategy for new and existing markets
- Identify customers' needs and offer technical solution / products
- Plan, forecast and materialize sales target set by the Business Unit / Division
- Preparing quotation, stock planning and ensure customers meet our credit guideline set by the management
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when required / assigned by management.
The ideal candidate should :
Have sales experience , preferably in technical sales and or marine / shipbuilding industryExperience in market developmentAble to work independentlyGood communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills,Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsAble to travel frequently for the jobMost importantly - good attitude , driven , hunger and self motivation
