We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Project Executive to support our daily business operations and assist both our clients and internal teams. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy multitasking, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to student recruitment, overseas student programs, tour and HR recruitment.
- Handle all administrative work, including responding to emails, letters, and phone calls related to both local and overseas recruitment.
- Process and manage relevant online applications and documentation efficiently.
- Provide support services to existing and potential clients, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
- Assist internal teams in driving ongoing projects, such as document preparation, task follow-ups, and team coordination.
- Maintain and manage business-related data, files, and records accurately.
- Perform any other administrative duties as required for the role.
Requirements
The role requires communication with clients and partners who primarily speak Mandarin. Therefore, proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English is required to effectively perform job duties.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.Detail-oriented and responsible in handling assigned duties.Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
