To provide service activities of ICU & Operating Room equipments based at our customer sites.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company's established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
Installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge's protocol.
Implementing Field Corrective Actions.
Handling administrative work associated with service delivery.
Responsible to customers' complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
Sharing of knowledge and provide advise to claines and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Perform all other duties assigned by the Company and / or Manager.
Requirements
Candidates with ITE and / or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
3 years of working experience in field service for industrial equipment.
Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be a plus.
Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.
