Roles & Responsibilities

GOLFTEC is a global leader in golf instruction, combining proprietary technology with proven teaching methodologies to help golfers improve. With state-of-the-art facilities at Republic Plaza and GR.iD Mall, we are committed to delivering premium golf coaching experiences to players of all skill levels.

As a GOLFTEC Coach, you will leverage your expertise and our proprietary teaching technology to provide personalized, high-quality golf instruction. You will also contribute to daily operations, equipment merchandising, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one golf lessons using GOLFTEC’s advanced technology and teaching methods.
• Recommend personalized instruction plans to help students achieve their goals.
• Provide outdoor / on-course coaching when required.
• Assist in center operations, including merchandising and selling golf equipment.
• Perform custom club fittings using advanced fitting tools.
• Build strong relationships with students and promote GOLFTEC programs.
• Represent GOLFTEC at internal and external events.
