Responsible for day-to-day HR operational function including pass application, HR data update, training, HR audit and handle migrant worker issue.
Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function, such as recruitment & selection, pass application, HR data update, training arrangement, ISO audit etc.
Handle end-to-end work passed related issues such as work pass application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa application, training course and etc;
Coordinates with internal parties and recruitment agencies for the worker hiring based on the hiring schedule.
Coordinate and arrange migrant worker training / skills upgrading program according to the worker and company needs.
Maintain an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records and documents filing and ensure that they are kept confidential
Handling of migrant worker on-boarding and off-boarding procedures and worker dormitory arrangement
Handle WIC & FWMI matter, liaise with insurance brokers and submit accident report etc;
Performance any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirement :
Min Diploma, Advanced / Higher Diploma, Degree in Human Resources / business Administrative
Min 3 years' experience in construction industry and must have knowledge of MOM regulations & practices
Good interpersonal skills, independent, problem-solving skill, positive attitude, self-riven and able to work with minimum supervision
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
