Job description

Our client, a leading system integrator specializing in voice, data, automation, security, and RFID solutions, is expanding their team and looking to hire a Project Executive.

Responsibilities :

Develop project plans with timelines and track project milestones
Work with clients, contractors, and teams to meet project needs.
Create and maintain project schedules. Oversee on-site work for adherence to plans and safety.
Prepare and present progress reports.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Manage client communication and satisfaction.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
Prepare, provide and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
To provide technical support and user training to end-users.
To carry out maintenance and support services to existing customers.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology or related field.

Minimum 1 years working experience in project environment, preference shall be given to candidate with project management experience

On Job Training is provided

Proven work experience as a Project Executive or similar role.

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

Experience in the field of robotics or other high-tech industry preferred.

Ability to work with diverse teams and mediate conflicts.

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

This role requires a team player with robust project management skills, a passion for technology, and an innovative mindset.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated to work independently to manage projects.

Some basic software programming knowledge would be an advantage.
