An international bank with a global presence providing the full suite of banking services. The Bank has an approved headcount to hire a Credit Analyst for their Commercial Banking portfolio.

about the job

Prepare credit proposals for new applications and renewals, credit underwriting, due diligence and credit risk management
Partner RM and Credit Risk teams to ensure smooth credit process and sound decisions made to deliver optimal returns while staying compliant to bank, credit policy and regulatory requirements
Joint visits with RMs to meet clients for due diligence and document / information collection purposes
Working together with Risk, prepare clear and succinct presentations in relation to risk factors
Handle documentation, monitoring of industry and market news, covenant monitoring and triggers

about the manager / team

Reporting to the Business Unit Team Lead, you will be part of a lean team with good learning opportunities.

skills & experience required

Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Banking & Finance and Economics

2 years of credit risk experience in SME, Commercial, Corporate Banking

Good knowledge in financial statement analysis and Commercial Banking products such as Trade
