Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and passionate chef to manage daily kitchen operations, prepare high-quality dishes, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and capable of leading a kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes according to menu and standards
- Plan and develop menus, including daily specials and seasonal offerings
- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks efficiently
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all food served
- Monitor inventory and place orders for food and kitchen supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Control food costs and minimize waste
Requirements :
