Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Tutor (experienced in secondary & IP Math / Chemistry) to join our close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is 3-5 years into their career, have proven track records of results and is passionate about motivating students and looking to build a long-term career in the tuition industry.

Requirements

Working Hours : Wed - Fri 12-9pm Sat-Sun 930-630pm
Expert on secondary and IP Chemistry Math Physics Biology or relevant degrees to apply

Responsibilities

Year 1-2

Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions following the IP syllabus for secondary levels.

Maintain excellent classroom management to create a positive and productive learning environment for all students. This includes setting clear expectations, managing student behaviour effectively, and fostering a respectful atmosphere.

Be fully accountable for the academic progress and well-being of all students in your classes by providing timely and constructive feedback.

Year 3-6 (if aligned with your career growth)

Contribute to the development of online learning resources

Assist in the training and mentorship of junior tutors

Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract new students

Engage in community-building initiatives to foster a strong connection with students and parents

Managing and own a centre under My Masterclass umbrella.
