Roles & Responsibilities

  • To provide basic support on desktop, computers, laptop on windows.
  • Provide problem escalation to other groups / leaders / principal vendors where required
  • Provide desktop, software troubleshooting
  • Support / upgrade Windows 7 / 10

Requirements

  • Basic Knowledge in IT Support.
  • Good attitude and able to follow simple instructions
