Job Description :

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations
  • Oversee both front and back of-house operations
  • Assist in training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
  • Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
  • Plan and assign daily workloads to team members
  • Plan team members' work schedules and compile timesheet
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  • Handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved
  • Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability
  • Provide excellent service experience to all customers
  • Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
  • Guide and monitor the work performance of all staff
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet the company's standards
  • Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Oversee purchasing to stay within budget
  • Able to perform additional duties as requested by the Management as and when required

Job Requirement :

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and independently
  • Strong Multi-Tasking skills
  • Customer-Centric
  • The physical ability to remain standing for long periods
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong leadership skills, mature, outgoing & guest-oriented, good communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently and withstand pressure
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience at the supervisory level in the hospitality or F&B Industry
  • Ability to perform flexi shifts, and able to work on weekends & public holidays.
  • 6 days work week
