Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and organize soft / hard copy files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.
  • Manage and track incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, applications, and policy documents.
  • Support the underwriting team in data entry and documentation updates within underwriting systems.
  • Handle routine customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate underwriter as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.

Requirements :

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Strong in MS Word and Excel
  • Meticulous with good following up skills
