Roles & Responsibilities

Role Responsibility

The Brand Presentation executive supports market level retail business and all wholesale channels. Drive strategies based on global & regional framework to achieve company long term brand and business objectives. Performs cross-functional role, overseeing and managing the executions of the functions including Project Management, Visual Merchandising, and In-store marketing. Focus in top tier mono brand doors and all owned and operated channels to drive sell thru & retail KPI. Enhance the shopping experience to build consumer brand loyalty.

As part of the Brand Presentation team, your key responsibilities include :

In Store Marketing

  • Drive performance through ISC hardware, visual elements that support brand and product category direction and strengthen brand’s presentation at retail.
  • Providing comprehensive recommendations on how to create maximum impact at local retail.
  • Maintain understanding of key distributor accounts and drive ISC strategies that help the brand gain space productivity and support sell through of key initiatives with a constant focus on innovating the retail brand experience on the retail floor.

Visual Merchandising

  • Accountable for visual presentation in mono brand doors. Objectives are to achieve consistent retail brand presentation in markets, driving higher conversion rate, ATV, UPT and maximize sell thru in non-campaign items based on different cities need.
  • Responsible for building the Key Account In-Store VM team, to provide training to Key Account In-Store VM and accountable to ensure the executions align with NB retail directions and across regional borders.
  • Support new store opening setup and collaborating with marketing, commercial and merchandising teams to provide VM support in other projects such as trade shows, sales meetings.
  • Store VM Training
  • Accountable for elevating retail excellence by providing regular retail presentation hands-on training to key accounts and owned and operated channels. Enhance front line staff knowledges to help achieve brand and business goals.
  • Continue to evolve the way of training to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of all training programs to a large group of front-line staff / retailers.
  • Coach and groom individual visual merchandising champions to support store upkeep and execution of retail marketing plans.
  • Store Design and Projects

  • Responsible for developing and managing the rollout plan of new store concepts. Accountable for store design & zoning plan based on seasonal assortment
  • Accountable for managing fixture and construction budget and all related vendors to support the store opening / renovation plans effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure communication & alignment of strategies, both internally and integrated across functions to align resources across other departments in improving retail presentation and retail productivity.
  • Partnership with retail leadership team to address store visual presentation needs and opportunities. Share best practices in the region and provide feedback whenever necessary.
  • Manage the door count master list to ensure information is updated per season aligned with retail selling plans and product strategies.
  • The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 8-10 years directly relevant work experience with prior experience in fashion / athletic retail industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in implementing in-store retail programs, policies, procedures and methodologies.
  • Highly developed presentation and facilitation skills. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Retailing skills – understanding of retail business, solid knowledge of retail math and metrics
  • Knowledge of store planning & implementation
  • Analytical skills / Problem identification & solving and possess excellent project management skills, ability to balance several simultaneous projects leading to a common endpoint. Organised and proactive. You are able to multi-task, prioritise and manage internal and external deadlines, whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • A great communicator, both verbal and written. You excel in the relationships you build with stakeholders, able to work across various teams.
  • Systems literate, proficient in presentation, design and layout software.
