Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
- Developing quotations, following up on sales leads, negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information and information of new projects. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Negotiating variations in price and specifications with customers
- Ensuring quantities of goods are in stock
- Recording sales and order information
- Coordinate the delivery of goods
- Responsible for payment collection
