Lead Technicians to ensure that Depot and Interchanges are maintained in good condition.
Provide Technical (M&E) advice and manage facilities-related maintenance and repair works.
Function as a liaison with contractors and vendors.
Monitor contractors and vendor performance to ensure contractual adherence.
Perform and carry out inspection / internal audits that cover facility maintenance, workplace safety & health, and safety facilities.
Carry out and follow up on external audit findings conducted by external or regulatory bodies.
Provide feedback to HOD and management on technical data / trends.
Identify and implement steps to improve company performance and processes.
Support HOD in any other ad-hoc assignments or project.
Respond to users’ requests and alarms.
Supervise and ensure workplace safety and health risks are identified, assessed and controlled, and provide employees with information on compliance to workplace safety and health policies.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience.
Candidate with WSH and / or FSM certification will be advantageous.
Candidate with experience in Building Management System will be advantageous.
