Our client is a leading player in the construction industry, offering end-to-end solutions across infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and project delivery, our client is now looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead its sales function and drive growth across key sectors. This individual will be responsible for setting and executing the company’s sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with clients including developers, contractors, architects, and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets across different construction verticals.Lead and manage the sales team, including training, goal setting, performance reviews, and pipeline management.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in public and private sector construction projects.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless client experience and execution.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the industry.Prepare forecasts, budgets, and sales reports for senior leadership.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and key account meetings.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the construction industry.Strong network and understanding of regional construction markets, bidding processes, and procurement cycles.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and scaling sales teams.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.EA Licence No : 23S1615
