Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for high-end clientele.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and brand growth.Foster and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and key stakeholders.Ensure adherence to brand standards, visual merchandising, and store presentation.Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction.Collaborate with marketing and corporate teams on promotions, events, and new product launches.Requirements :
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a luxury retail environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and sales techniques.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting, including weekends and holidays.Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics.Passion for fashion, accessories, and luxury lifestyle products.EA Licence No : 23S1615
