We are seeking a dynamic and globally minded Education Strategy & Partnership Executive to join our team. This role will support our expansion and international collaboration efforts, playing a key part in driving strategic educational initiatives and institutional partnerships across Asia.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver results.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Forecast sales performance and report to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).At least 2 years of relevant working experience in education, strategy, sales or partnerships.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.Prior experience in international education or startup / EdTech environments is a plus.Self-starter with strong analytical thinking, presentation, and writing skillsJ-18808-Ljbffr
