Sales Executive (Ocean)

Responsibilities :

Aggressively source and secure New Accounts (Customers)
Ensure continued profitability of all Accounts
Ensure Nil Discrepancies in Rates and Charges quoted
Maintain good working relationship with Accounts for New Opportunities
Develop New Niche Businesses or Markets either Locally or Overseas
Communicate all service requirements effectively to all departments and offices
Monitor and ensure prompt payments from all Accounts
Maintain the existing business and expand more business from existing client
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

Requirements :

Diploma Holder

More than 3 - 5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding (Air / Ocean) & Logistics industry.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Those with strong Ocean Freight Sales will be an added advantage / preferred

Must be aggressive and focused in seeking Japanese / Other Customer

Be results driven to increase Customer Base and also Sales Revenue

Good communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills

Those with own vehicle (and / or Class 3 licence) will be preferred

Japanese speaking Candidates who can converse effectively with our Current and Prospective Customers, have too an added advantage.
