Working Hours :

Salary : Up to $3,000 / month (Based on experience)

Work Pass Quota : No quota for work passes

Job Responsibilities :

Act as the main contact point for customers regarding vehicle servicing and repair needs

Record vehicle problems accurately and clearly

Recommend maintenance / repairs based on vehicle condition and manufacturer's guidelines

Collaborate with technicians to prepare service estimates

Update customers on repair progress and timelines

Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of parts

Provide clear explanation of completed work and final costs

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally

Suggest value-added services where applicable

Ensure safety and compliance standards are met

Occasionally cover other outlets in East / North zone when Service Advisors / Managers are on leave or MC

Requirements :

Singaporean with valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory)

Nitec or Diploma in Automotive Engineering / Technology

IT savvy - proficient in MS Office

1-2 years' experience in :

Automotive service advisor role

Workshop operations

Customer service (face-to-face)

Good knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance

Customer-focused, team player with a positive attitude
