Job description

Manage events and related operations from start to end ensuring smooth operations at all times;

Lead operations team in event activities at site;

Liaise with clients on all operational activities ensuring they are in accordance with expectations and requirements;

Manage and ensure that regulatory compliance and safety requirements, where applicable, are complied with at all times;

Able to lead a team, provide coaching and at the same time be a team player;

Liaise and work closely with clients to resolve ground issues in a timely manner.

Work closely with Business Development team and operations / support team to ensure prompt delivery of service and smooth operations;

Assist in budgeting / costing for events.

Assist in any other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

Relevant Degree
Preferably with at least 9 years of relevant working experience in mass participation competitive / non-competition events including virtual events;
Able to lead and manage a team;
Possess good interpersonal communication skills.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Able to commence work within short notice.
willing to work on weekends and can take week day off
Willing to work hard and be flexible for long hours on days the company needs work
