Short Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Controlling

Execute financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for APAC countries in collaboration with Local and Regional stakeholders
Analyze closing financial results, variances, and trends to provide insightful business analysis to management
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations
Be a key point of contact for audits, business reviews, process improvement and cross-functional projects in APAC region

2. Accounting

Perform Account Receivables collection reconciliation and update the collection record against Account Receivables outstanding list. Check and verify the accuracy of collection and payment from customers. Prepare Account Receivables ageing report to monitor collection status

Track Accruals schedule and post accruals in accounting system

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent

Experienced working with JDE, Oracle Hyperion or other ERP systems

Proficient in the English, both written and verbal

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Accurate, good analytical skills, strong communication skills, hands-on
