Senior Compliance Officer

Our client is an established financial services firm seeking an experienced pliance Officer for thepany. Reporting to the Deputy MD, the successful candidate will be the key person appointed for allpliance and data protection matters, including the role of DPO and AMLO. He / she will develop, manage and updatepiance policies and procedures aligned with local regulations andpany requirements. This willprise AMLA, CTFA, anti-bribery laws, foreign corrupt practives. sanctions regulations, PDPA, etc.

He / She will also ensure timely and accurate filings of regulatory returns with local regulators. Past experience conducting gap analysis and implementing required processes will be desired. Engaging and working with external auditors, tax and legal counsel on business matters will also be viewed favourably.

To succeed in this role, you should have a good university degree in finance, accounting or law, have at least 5 years experience inpliance in similar or related indutries and strong understanding of the regulatory environment in Singapore. You should also enjoy a specialist single contributor role and thrive in an autonomous and independent environment.
