Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day office administration including filing, document management, and data entry
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping of company files
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for office-related matters
- Support onboarding logistics and company procedures for new staff
Accounts Support
Assist in processing accounts payable and receivablePerform data entry for invoices, receipts, and payment records in accounting systemsHelp in monthly bank reconciliations and basic financial reportingCoordinate with external auditors and finance team during audit periodsEnsure timely submission of statutory filings (e.g. GST, CPF, etc.) as requiredTrade Operations Support (to be added progressively)
Prepare trade documents such as contracts, invoices, and shipping docsCoordinate with suppliers, customers, agents, and internal teams on shipmentsMonitor trade cycle timelines (shipments & payments)Maintain proper trade records for compliance and audit purposesProvide support to trading and logistics teams for smooth transaction flowRequirements
Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in accounting1–3 years of relevant working experience preferredEligible Applicants - Singaporeans and PR onlyCommitted and able to work long-term in an organizationWilling to take challenges and able to adapt to changes / new ideasCompensation & Benefits (After Confirmation)

Singapore Citizen or PR onlyDiploma or above (Business, Supply Chain, or Finance preferred)3+ years’ experience in trade admin, logistics, or international tradingFluent in English(Written & Spoken), Mandarin proficiencyProficient in MS Office, basic accounting knowledgeDetail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team playerPreferred Experience
Knowledge of shipping / freight forwarding or metal tradingHands-on with accounting softwareExperience in customs clearance & documentationCompensation & Benefits (After Confirmation)
