Role Description
The Ticketing Host is responsible for processing ticket bookings, enquiries and ticket-related requests. The Ticketing Host may also be redeployed to support usher or access control operations. Key objectives include providing good customer service as well as smooth handling of ticket-related requests. The successful candidate must be organized, meticulous and able to provide good customer service.
