Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Provide support to the sales and operations department
  • Update of various claims payment and collating of invoices for Finance processing
  • Responsible for ensuring / tallying of monthly prepaid top-up billing amount
  • Perform submission with voucher claims in a monthly basis
  • Update with cheque settlement via Retail POS system
  • Consolidate and facilitate stock orders when required
  • Render logistic support with stock preparation / checking
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Minimum GCE 'O' or Diploma qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunication industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel application
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, planning and organising skills
  • Able to work independently and a strong team player
  • Meticulous, independent and self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
  • 5.5 days work week
