Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee full spectrum of group consolidation for statutory, taxation and management reporting
- Overall in charge of preparation and analysis of group financial and management reports, cashflow, quarterly board paper, budgetary control and SGX announcement
- Responsible for the preparation of full sets of accounts, financial and management reporting for selected subsidiaries
- Ensure timely reconciliation of inter-company and bank balances
- Ensure accuracy in all reporting and statutory deadlines are met
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, internal and external auditors, customers, suppliers, and other professionals on related matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
