Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

A Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote a company’s products or services. They leverage digital channels such as social media, email, search engines, and websites to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Digital Strategy & Campaign Management Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Plan and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).

Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize campaigns.

  • Social Media Marketing Create and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Engage with audiences and monitor social media performance.

    Develop influencer partnerships and collaborations.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Optimize website content for search engines to improve rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices.

    Manage PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Content Marketing Create and distribute engaging blog posts, videos, emails, and infographics.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

    Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.

  • Analytics & Performance Tracking Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platforms to track campaign performance.
  • Generate reports on website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

    Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

    Job Requirements :

  • Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.

    Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot (preferred).

  • Skills & Competencies : Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, and Mailchimp.

    Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design basics (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

    Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.

    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Personal Qualities : Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    Self-motivated and results-driven.
