Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. At least three years of Compliance experience in Fund / Asset Management industry. Good communication and presentation skills. Meticulous, diligent, motivated.
Key Responsibilities :
- Liaise with regulators on regulatory requirements and compliance filing
- Manage and update the firm’s compliance policies and framework
- Work with other teams on KYC / AML review on investors, CRS / FATCA filing
- Keep track of new regulatory development and provide updates to the firm
- Identify any potential compliance issues and provide solutions to the business
- Update and advise the management on compliance issue and ensure the firm is in line with the regulatory standard and requirements
- Provide compliance training and updates to the firm’s employees
- Participate in compliance projects when necessary
